BURNER FLAME VEIN AIR LIVE
4th february 2010
The Duct burner flame is composed of a direct combustion head and modulating gas valve, a carpentry kit installation, temperature control unit. The combustion head, conveniently located inside the generator, heats the air directly sent to the plenum of the booth. The sensitivity of temperature control unit, in conjunction with the modulating gas valve, allows not only to obtain a stable operation is to vary the amount of air that the power required, but to do so regardless of outside temperature.
The system can operate with natural gas or LPG. With this system, the reduction in the percentage of humidity and temperature uniformity and stability of the incoming air in the cab to get exceptional results for both crystallization and drying on parts placed on racks that hang on parts inside the cabin. Therefore, the use of the system allows the painter to take advantage of the modern water-based paints without having to revolutionize its traditional working methods. The abundant flow of air from the generator, appropriately conveyed by the system, allows you to properly mix the feed gas with air, thus ensuring a clean combustion in each stage of work, a return of 100%, and finally the containment emission below the standards.
In conjunction with the system you can enjoy the benefits of flash mode (hot flash) that can drastically reduce drying time between coats of base and the next. During this phase, the wave of heat causes evaporation of water from the paint, completing the drying in a few minutes. Through an activation button, it starts to flash mode function that leads to a rapid rise in temperature, followed by an equally rapid cooling in order to bring the temperature in the cabin to the value set for painting.
